Ruland Manufacturing shaft collars are used for guiding, spacing, stopping, mounting & component alignment. These RoHS 3 & REACH compliant units have a clamp style design that does not mar the shaft, in addition to allowing easy removal & indefinite adjustments. They have a precisely controlled face to bore perpendicularity, with tight tolerances on bearing locknuts to offer positive alignment when a shaft collar is used as a load-bearing face, mechanical stop, or for mounting components. These units are stamped with bore sizes for easy identification. Selected units have double-tapped threads to ensure burr-free finish.

Ruland Manufacturing SC Series shaft collars are suitable for spacing, guiding, stopping and component alignment in applications where collars are infrequently removed or repositioned. They are clamped around a shaft for holding sprockets, bearings, motor components and gear assemblies in place. These collars come coated with bright / black oxide finish for glossy appearance, and are capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -40 to 350 degrees F. Choose from a wide range of these collars, available in steel, aluminium and acetal plastic variants.

Rudland Manufacturing MCL Series shaft collars are suitable for holding motor components, gear assemblies, bearings, sprockets and other parts in position, facilitating the proper movement and alignment. They feature a one-piece design that allows installation by sliding the collar onto the shaft from the end without disassembling the whole unit.
