They feature rolled steel frame construction to resist corrosion and have totally enclosed air over enclosures to protect against dampness & airborne particles. These UL recognised motors have a permanent split capacitor design for high efficiency and a rigid base for balanced load distribution. They include capacitor covers, gasketed conduit boxes and rubber boots over the manual protector reset buttons to seal the motor against contaminants & weather. These CSA certified motors have shaft slingers to seal & protect shaft bearings by blocking dust & other particles, while retaining lubricants. The integrated ball bearings increase motor performance and operate on a continuous duty cycle to deliver constant power to machinery & tools, without experiencing downtime.
