Destaco 8100 & 8300 Series pneumatic swing clamps employ a strong hydraulic clamping mechanism for quick swing-and-clamp movement to improve productivity. They are intended for quick clamping in secondary manufacturing operations on both metallic & non-metallic products. These units offer lock angle repeatability with high accuracy, thereby making clamping on an extremely small area possible. They have a block-style aluminium body that can be mounted from the sides or top. These pneumatic swing clamps have a magnetic piston ring for position sensing and are supplied with a clamping arm & spindle that offer a maximum holding capacity of 89 lb (40.37 kg).
