Pilot Air Control Valves

Parker P32D Series global dump valves are remotely operated valves designed to automatically shut off upstream pressure and exhaust downstream pressure when pilot pressure is released. They are operated by an externally controlled valve in a normally closed position, until the holding signal is removed. These valves have 3-port connections and bi-directional flow control. Parker P31T Series global mini soft start / dump valves allow safe initial pressure flow to the machines or systems. These units feature solenoid or air pilot type actuator that allows gradual pressure building to the preset point to deliver full air line pressure, thus eliminating the risk of any damage to tools. They can be mounted by utilising a modular connector to other P31 Series global air preparation systems. Parker P3YT Series global soft start / dump valves offer 3-way, 2-position functions to automatically dump downstream pressure on loss of pilot signals. They prevent damage to the systems and deliver full air line pressure. The main valve spools open when downstream pressure reaches 60% of the supply, allowing full flow through the valves. These valves can be attached to supply piping to ensure the pilot valves receive sufficient pressure, and have 1/2 inch ports to allow fluid to pass through them. They include silencers to vent pressurised air into the atmosphere.

Parker P3YS Series global soft start valves help to gradually increase pressure to the equipment up to the set point before fully opening the airline pressure, thus preventing damage that might occur during machine startup. These units feature modular design with integrated ports through which air pressure is supplied. They have 3-way 2-position configuration, ensuring a controlled pressure introduction to prevent damage to internal components. They further come with a robust and lightweight aluminium housing that includes a piston which opens up when the supply reaches to a maximum of 60 percent. The ramp-up time can be achieved by adjusting the needle valve to a set value to switch over the pressure range for safe operation. Parker P32S Series global compact soft start valves offer 2-way, 2-position functions for safe introduction of pressure to machines & systems, thereby preventing damage. They permit pressure to gradually increase on initial set-up points before fully opening to deliver full air line pressure. The integrated needle valves in the covers adjust ramp-up time to reach switch over-pressure. These electromechanically operated valves have a modular design with 1/2 inch integral ports to allow fluid to pass through.

Parker blocking valves are designed for cutting the supply and exhaust of a cylinder and preventing damage to personnel and equipment in an event of pressure loss. These single acting spring return valves require a pneumatic pilot signal to keep the passage open for free flow of air stream, gas or a liquid. However, in the absence of this pilot signal, the internal spring closes the blocking valve bubble to prevent any potential damage. They are positioned at each end of the cylinder to freeze the location and prevent unwanted gravity-induced motion during the shutdown. These valves have a pressure rating of 150 PSI and are perfect for tool protection, horizontal indexing or intersection stop applications.
