Features
- Dayton electric drum pumps are used on 5, 15, 30 & 55 gallon drums / pails.
- Selected models (such as 6GKR2 pumps) can accommodate chemicals like DEF (diesel exhaust fluid), ethyl (ethanol) and gasoline.
- These units come with a bung / universal / threaded adapter for allowing the pumps to securely mount to the opening of a container.
- Although most models have AC motors, some products (including 38Y794 pumps) are operated on a battery powered DC motor.
- They feature CPVC / polypropylene / stainless steel / Kynar housing to ensure superior mechanical strength and high corrosion resistance.
- The pumps are equipped with open-drip proof or totally enclosed fan-cooled motors for efficient performance.

- Open drip-proof motors run cooler than fan-cooled motors and do not overheat.
