426 Series, PVC Check Valve
SMC 426 Series check valves allow the flow of fluid in one direction while preventing backflow in the opposite direction. These valves are constructed with grey PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) to offer corrosion resistance, durability and affordability, making them ideal for water treatment, chemical handling and plumbing & irrigation systems. They incorporate a stainless steel ball and spring configuration that allows the valve to close / open when the pressure in the system rises or drops, thus regulating proper flow and preventing back siphonage. These units are further integrated with Buna-N / Viton seals to prevent leakage and intrusion of contaminants for the smooth functioning of internal parts.
