Exair standard air knives are suitable for cooling, part drying or cooling off parts or items, as they move along the conveyor system. These air knives utilize the coanda effect to create air movement in their surroundings and deliver a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across the entire length with hard hitting force. They are engineered to significantly reduce compressed air usage and reduce the noise level up to 10 dBA, as compared to other "homemade" blowoff devices. These units are constructed of aluminium / stainless steel material for maximum corrosion resistance and are easy to install. Variants are available in air consumption rates ranging from 8.7 to 156 SCFM.

High Efficiency Air Knife Kits, 1/4 Inch FNPT Inlet
Exair air knife kits are used to enhance the working mechanism of air knives for cleaning, drying, cooling or blowoff applications. These kits include a super air knife, shim set, filter separator and a pressure regulator. The super air knives are used for delivering a quiet, hard hitting curtain of air across the entire length for maximum efficiency. Shim set allows increase / decrease in the force & volume of both consumed air & output airflow. Filter separators are ideal for separating water, dirt and scale from compressed air & keeping output clean while pressure regulators (w/ coupler) adjust the pressure required at the point of use and relieve undue pressures on fittings, hoses and tools. All models are CE compliant and are available in overall widths ranging between 3 and 54 inches.
