- Tap Magic Xtra-Thick is a high-viscosity cutting fluid suitable for cutting metals of up to 45 Rockwell hardness (such as inconel, stainless steel and titanium). This honey-like fluid promotes clinging action which means that the fluid will stay with the tool for cutting deep holes in heavy gauge materials. It is also available in 12 oz aerosol version (Xtra-Foamy) for cutting extremely hard metals such as high-nickel alloys.
