A. Segment bending is required while bending pipes having a large bending radius. Segment bending is made using a series of small bends spaced closely. Users should use Greenlee 1802 bending table & Greenlee 1807 bending degree indicator to easily and accurately make the bend.

Q. What to do in case the Greenlee pipe benders fail to operate?

A. First, check whether the selected pipe bender can bend the required pipe diameter. Then verify the hydraulic fluid level of the hydraulic cylinders and check for any leaks due to faulty, damaged or missing parts that could have compromised the safe operation of the machine. The sides of the corner bracket should be lubricated to reduce abrasion related damages when in contact with the pipe.
