Greenlee 501 Tracker II cable locator system acts as a fast & easily operable underground wire & cable locator. It can trace the path & depth of wires, cables, conduits & metallic pipes and find cut ends of a cable on active or dead systems without deactivating them. The 501 buried cable locator can trace wires up to a length of 4000 feet and depths up to 7 feet.

• Greenlee 501 Tracker II cable locator system includes a transmitter & receiver assembly, inductive coupler clamp, inductive antenna, two test leads with heavy-duty alligator clips and a durable polyethylene carrying case.
• The transmitter offers direct, inductive coupler & inductive antenna connections to pipes, wires or cables.
• Inductive antenna allows placing of the transmitter assembly on the ground over the wire path for radiating a signal to the conductor.
• The inductive coupler clamps around those active wires or pipes that can not be isolated.
• The ergonomic receiver is used for both visual & audible signals to accurately understand the tracing feedback from the transmitter.
• The transmitter power output and the receiver sensitivity can be fully adjusted for maximum accuracy.
