It operates by combining a pneumatic cylinder with the Toggle Lock Plus feature for keeping the clamps mechanically locked, even during total loss of air pressure. It ensures that the over-centre locking condition is maintained & protected against unintentional opening. This clamp is a pneumatic version of Destaco 210 manual toggle clamp. It incorporates a sensor ready design for round or T slot style sensors, and features built in flow restriction for eliminating the need for external flow controls. Destaco 810-S-LC pneumatic clamp employs an air actuated cylinder for applying clamping pressure and holding workpieces in place. This portable pneumatic clamp allows economical use on short run jobs with temporary fixturing. It is completely self contained & requires only a pressure source for safety, when operating at temperatures ranging from -14 to 194 degrees Fahrenheit at pressure up to 145 psi. The clamp has an air port size of 1/8 NPT for leak free connection. The 810-S-LC clamp is compatible with quick disconnect (2 mm and 5 mm) extension cables (CABL-010 & CABL-013, respectively).
