Destaco 802 Series pneumatic toggle clamps are ideal for quick clamping applications in the automotive and food & packaging industries. These pneumatic clamps are equipped with an air-actuated cylinder with an input port for connecting to the compressed air source and then utilising the compressed air to apply clamping pressure for holding the workpiece in place. They have over centre toggle action linkage combined with a pneumatic cylinder to provide a device that is easily adaptable for a wide variety of applications. These pneumatic clamps are completely self-contained & require just a single pressure source. These clamp units are sensor ready for both round and T-slot style sensors, and feature an in-built flow restriction system. This eliminates the need for external flow controls, thus ensuring smooth clamping. They feature an enclosed design for MIG & spot welding in dirty environments. These pneumatic toggle clamps have a non-pivoting cylinder that can easily be hard-piped into fixtures. Destaco 812 Series replacement clamp assemblies are designed to replace broken or worn attachment components. These pneumatic toggle clamps utilise a double-acting pneumatic system to provide actuation for the clamping & unclamping operations. They are equipped with a U-bar clamp arm that makes direct contact with the workpiece when a clamping force is applied with the extension and retraction of the double-acting cylinder. These clamps have threaded holes to allow quick and easy installation on flat surfaces and are designed to withstand a maximum load capacity of 100 lb.

These Destaco 810 Series pneumatic toggle clamps (also known as pneumatic hold down clamps) are pneumatic versions of Destaco 210 Series clamps. They incorporate a sensor ready design for round or T slot style sensors, and feature built in flow restriction for eliminating the need for external flow controls. They are ideal for quick clamping in assembling and welding applications in the automotive and food & packaging industries. These Destaco pneumatic clamps employ air actuated cylinders for applying clamping pressure and holding workpieces in place. Further, these portable pneumatic clamps allow economical use on short run jobs with temporary fixturing. They are completely self contained & require only a pressure source for safety. These Destaco clamps are equipped with Togwgle Lock Plus safety mechanism for keeping the clamps mechanically locked, even during total loss of air pressure as well as ensure that the over-centre locking condition is maintained and protected against unintentional opening. Additionally, the Toggle Lock Plus feature helps exert force up to 856 lb. Selected models of this pneumatic clamping system come integrated with a bolt retainer for handling loads up to 750 lb, and can be operated at temperatures ranging from -14 to 194 degrees Fahrenheit at 145 psi pressure. These Destaco 810 Series clamps have an air port size of 1/8 NPT for a leak free connection; and some models accommodate flanged washers for secure connection against vibration or spindle accessories for maximum clamping force. These clamps are compatible with quick disconnect 2 mm and 5 mm extension cables (CABL-010 & CABL-013, respectively).

Destaco 803 ME Series pneumatic toggle clamps feature an inbuilt flow control for smooth operation and a magnetic ring piston for position sensing. These clamps have an ergonomic design and can handle a maximum load of 600 lb (272.15 kg) at temperatures ranging from -14 degrees to Fahrenheit 195 degrees Fahrenheit.
