Altronix NetWay1E can be connected to powered devices like PoE cameras, fixed IP cameras, VoIP phones, wireless access points, security cameras & networked audio devices in offices, commercial buildings & industrial spaces.

Features:

• Altronix NetWay1E single-port injector is powered using a grounded AC line cord to deliver 115VAC (60Hz, 1.5A) input power.
• It has a RJ45 port that supplies power and transfers data to devices through a 4 pair CAT5e or higher structured cable with 10 / 100 / 1000 BaseT speed.
• This IEEE 802.3af (15W) & IEEE 802.3at (30W) compliant port supports LTPoE++ devices requiring power up to 70W at a maximum distance of 100 m.
• This power injector is equipped with various safety features, such as short circuit & overload protection, PoE manual shutdown and auto-detection & protection facility of legacy non-PoE cameras / devices.
• It is equipped with LED indicators of different colours, such as red for port & PoE status and yellow & green for IP link status.
• This midspan injector can be operated at altitudes ranging from -304.8 to 609.6 metres.
• It operates at temperatures ranging from -20 to 49 degrees C (at 85W power) and -20 to 55 degrees C (at 55W power).

Installation:

• Altronix NetWay1E injector is securely mounted on a wall using mounting brackets or simply placed on a shelf for use in indoor spaces.
• IEC 320 connector of NetWay1E injector is connected to a 115VAC (60Hz, 1.5A) input power source using a grounded AC line cord & a reliable earth grounded socket. The power supply of the unit should not be connected to a receptacle controlled by a switch.
• Two structured cables are used to link the [IN] port to a UL-listed ethernet switch or a video server and the [OUT] port to a powered device.
• Port, PoE & IP link status LEDs illuminate to indicate normal operation & secured connection.
• Voltage in the range of 12 to 24VAC or 5 to 24VDC is manually applied to the [PoE Shutdown] marked input terminal to stop the output power supplied by the power injector.
• NetWay1E unit starts supplying power normally to powered devices once the applied voltage is removed from the shutdown terminal.
