Lifting and spreader beams are two different types of below-the-hook lifting devices to keep the lifting slings below the device at a 90-degree angle. Caldwell lifting beams are ideal for outdoor applications and come with an Adjust-A-Leg rigging mechanism for efficient off-centre load adjustment. These ASME-rated beams feature a patented load rotation equipment called Posi-Turner for improved material handling capacity while lifting, rotating, positioning and suspending loads. The patented Rig-Release load releasing hooks, on these devices, allow the operator to set the load ratings manually and then release the rig from a safe distance.
