Pneumatic Lubricators

Texas Pneumatic Tools Tri-Star Arrowfog lubricators inject aerosolised steam of oil into an airline to lubricate the internal working parts of actuating cylinders, motors, valves and other pneumatic tools. They feature metal or polycarbonate bowls with sight glass for visual indication of oil drop rates and provide a maximum operating pressure of 200 psi. Further, these bowls (selected models) can be filled while the airline is under pressure and offer up to 20 ounce bowl capacities. They operate on temperatures ranging from 40 degrees to 160 degrees F and are available in flow rates of 16 and 142 cfm.

Texas Pneumatic Tools arrowick lubricators are used for lubricating tools or cylinders that run constantly. These units feature a simple, trouble-free design with a large bowl capacity to extend the intervals between fillings. They automatically maintain the same air-oil ratio, regardless of variations in airflow.

Speedaire pneumatic lubricators are engineered to increase the quality of compressed air, decrease wear and provide seamless running of the pneumatic components. Wilkerson pneumatic lubricators are used for injecting an aerosolised stream of oil into an air line and lubricating the internal working parts of pneumatic tools, actuating cylinders, valves and motors. These lubricators feature stainless-steel construction capable of handling most corrosive environments and 1/8 inch female threaded drain for returning lube oil to the reservoir.
