Petersen 114 Series medium duty pipe plugs are used to prevent leaks, control water flow and facilitate maintenance, repairs or inspections in plumbing & sewage systems and pipelines. These 114 Series pipe plugs ensure operational efficiency and prevent potential damage or hazards caused by leaks or uncontrolled flow. They come equipped with a unique by-pass design that permits controlled flow during maintenance activities. These standard Multi-Flex plugs offer flow-thru diameters up to 3 inches, while custom configurations can accommodate larger sizes. Their deflated state enables easy navigation through bends and tight openings.

Petersen Products 116 Series packer plugs are ideal for ensuring a low-pressure seal in pipelines and circular openings for plating, maintenance & painting applications. They have a lightweight EPDM body that offers flexibility. These packer plugs are used in circular openings and can be compressed to a small & flexible size when deflated, facilitating easy insertion. They can be inflated up to 25 psi.

Petersen Products 137 Series plumber / municipal test plugs are suitable for testing and temporary sealing pipes / fixtures during maintenance, repairs or installations. These small-diameter plugs are not supported by a cord, hence they provide excellent stretching and sealing characteristics in pipe diameters ranging from 20 to 305 mm. Selected models have a flow-thru bypass that allows fluid to pass through the plug while it is installed in a pipe. This functionality is used for applications, such as pressure testing, fluid sampling and flow control or diversion. These test plugs are made of NR / BR rubber, providing exceptional tensile strength, abrasion resistance and enhanced flexibility. They are designed to withstand a maximum temperature of 158 degrees F and are available in single or multi-size configuration.
