BDayton machine vises are designed to constantly mount to machine worktables to place and hold workpieces while machining. These vises have versatile jaws that can be opened and closed to increase and decrease the clamping force. They are also known as workholding vises and feature a broad base that offers a steady mount. The broad jaws provide a huge surface area for clamping workpieces.
