Drum heaters are designed for preventing freezing of drum contents by maintaining an optimum temperature in cold working environments. Morse Drum heaters are engineered for melting or preheating the closed drum content and maintain the viscosity, as well as promote dissolution and reduction in the residue. These drum heaters feature a wide heater band for conducting heat uniformly over a large surface area and a built-in thermostat to automatically maintain the preset temperature. These units are made of fibreglass-reinforced silicone rubber which offers both sturdiness and flexibility, simultaneously, for wrapping the drums with ease. Vestil drum heaters help in heating-up steel drums or pails efficiently and have easy-adjust thermostat set-point: 50 - 425 degrees Fahrenheit for steel drums and 50 - 160 degrees Fahrenheit for poly drums. These units have a multi-stranded grounded heating element for uniform heat distribution and a 6-foot-long power cord with a grounded 3-prong.
