Drum Heaters

Morse drum heaters are specially designed to melt or preheat closed drum contents and maintain the viscosity, as well as promote dissolution and reduction in the residue. These high wattage drum heaters feature a wide heater band for conducting heat uniformly over a large surface area and a built-in thermostat to automatically maintain the preset temperature. These units are made from fibreglass-reinforced silicone rubber which offers both sturdiness and flexibility, simultaneously, for wrapping the drums with ease and also provide resistance against most chemicals and harsh industrial environments. They further come equipped with a spring and hook arrangement for providing a secure and quick mounting facility, without the requirement of any special installation tools. Choose from a broad range of these plastic / fibre / metal drum heaters, available in power ratings ranging from 150 to 1000 watts on Raptor Supplies.
