Proto center punches are used to mark a broad hole, intersecting center lines and pilot drill starting point. They have a single-piece, heat-treated S2 steel body for strength & durability, and their parabolic striking end reduces mushrooming & chipping effects. These high-quality center punches feature a polished identification panel on one side, with the size and the tool number marked in a black inlay.
