Air-Operated Grease Pumps

Raptor Supplies offers high-quality air-operated grease pumps from ARO, Legacy, Lincoln and Westward used for circulating low- and medium-viscous grease from a container to the machinery or from a storage container to the reservoir. These air-powered grease pumps are easier to operate as compared to manual grease pumps and just require a continuous supply of compressed air, thereby ideal for use on cars, tractors or extractors. Lincoln air-operated grease pumps are designed to dispense grease to single-line injectors and are capable of delivering a maximum volume of grease through a single pump stroke. These metallic grease pumps come equipped with solenoid air valves to prevent external leakage and adjustable solid-state timers for minimising the noise levels. They can withstand pressures up to 8000 psi and are available in 5 & 7 feet hose lengths.ARO air-operated grease pumps feature a streamlined design which helps in pulse reduction and flow improvement and are therefore suitable for transferring gear oils and transmission fluids from buckets, barrels, drums and pails. These pumps feature carbon steel construction and can be assembled easily, without the additional requirement of any special tools.

Working Mechanism

  • An air inlet port allows the compressed air to be delivered to the pump.
  • The compressed air is directed into a chamber, creating a pressure differential between the inlet and outlet ports.
  • As the air pressure builds in the chamber, it forces a piston or diaphragm to move, displacing the lubricant from the pump reservoir.
