Air And Water Aftercoolers
Air & water aftercoolers are designed for removing trapped moisture from compressed air systems to provide better-quality air flow and enhance the performance of air-operated processes. Raptor Supplies offers a wide array of AKG and Texas Pneumatic Tools aftercoolers. These air-cooled aftercoolers have compact & durable construction for withstanding high temperatures of the compressed air at the inlet (250 - 350 deg Fahrenheit) and are equipped with a separator for optimal moisture removal. AKG CC Series aftercoolers have polypropylene blades with a reinforced zinc-plated steel coating and are capable of delivering rotational speeds up to 1725 rpm. We also offer AKG belt-guard aftercoolers that can be mounted directly on the compressor's V-belt guard to provide efficient cooling by utilising the airflow of the compressor pulley. They feature an aluminium bar and plate design which delivers optimum efficiencies even at low pressures.
