Product Details:
- Supco SPP5 hard start kit designed to add starting torque and reduce heavy strain and heat caused by high inrush current during motor start up in AC compressors
- Features 2-wire configuration which parallelly connects a start capacitor and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) relay with the compressor-run capacitor
- Super boosts the compresser speed and then drops the start capacitor once the torque level increases up to to 300 per cent
- Reduces start time by 50 per cent and prevents excessive damage to components by minimising the in-rush current period
- UL-listed and NATE-recognised
