Product Details:
- Palmetto Packing 1555 is mostly used in digestors and chemical pumps as well as on all rotating or reciprocating shafts, valves and agitators.
- It is made up of 99% assay graphite filament with a fine graphite particle in the centre and interwoven braid on the outside.
- This packing seal can handle temperatures up to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit in steam, 800 degrees Fahrenheit in oxidising atmospheres and 6000 degrees Fahrenheit in non-oxidising atmospheres.
