Hartell LTA-1 sink drain pump system is a self-contained unit that connects directly to laundry tray tubs. It is used to drain water from wet bar sinks, kitchenettes, utility and laundry tray sinks. This pump includes a pressure-activated switch that turns on the pump when water enters the tub.

Q. How to install this pump?

A.

• Place the fibre gasket on drain threads and the O-ring on the drain.
• Lift the pump and engage inlet threads with sink drain threads.
• Rotate the pump until the tray adapter flange contacts the gasket.
• Once the contact is made, rotate the pump until it is firmly secured to the drain.
• Install the discharge piping and plug the pump into a grounding-type receptacle.
