A.

• Select an appropriate mounting location that provides adequate support and clearance for the speaker assembly.
• Remove driver from the speaker assembly.
• Position the housing assembly vertically.
• Rotate the driver 90 degrees so that the 'DRAIN HOLE, THIS SIDE DOWN' label points downward.
• Reinstall the driver such that the lead wires exit at one of the side reliefs.
• Mark and drill two holes (spaced at 5.6 inches apart) on the intended mounting surface.
• Align the speaker over the holes and feed through the two step bolts. Ensure that the head lies flat upon the speaker's internal housing wall.
• Secure the unit to the mounting surface by attaching the washers and stop nuts.
