Airline cooling systems provide cool and fresh air by utilising compressed air supply through air pumps or coolers. They are ideal for use in commercial and industrial applications with standard pressure filtration panels and respirators. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of portable airline cooling systems from brands like Allegro and Air Systems International. Allegro portable airline cooling systems are designed for use with low pressure ambient air pumps where the air supply from pumps passes through coils in a cooling system filled with ice. These air systems can supply air as cool as 50 degrees F and feature pressure regulators, pressure gauges & adjustment knobs to control the flow of air. The cooling boxes come equipped with wheels, a telescopic handle and a 5 ft hose for portability. Selected variants (9820-HP) are offered with pump units to deliver high pressure (150 PSI) airflow. Air Systems International portable airline cooling units provide low cost breathing solutions ideal for providing cooling in chemical suits, masks, air-hoods and helmets to increase worker productivity. They are compatible with all Grade-D compressed air sources (up to 125 psi) and do not require noisy vortex cooling tubes.
