Dynabrade 64207 downdraft sanding table removes airborne dust & contaminants generated during sanding operations. It is used with vacuum or non-vacuum sanding tools on non-metallic workpieces. This Dynabrade downdraft table has a 36 X 72 inch (width X length) working surface.
Features:
- Dynabrade 64207 downdraft sanding table's tabletop surface has Rhino Linings coating for enhanced durability & anti-slip properties.
- It offers a dual filtration system by accepting 1-micron pleated filters, one pre-filter blanket (Dynabrade 64986) and one paper filter out of the standard paper air filter (Dynabrade 64671) & UL-Rated Class I non-flammable air filter (Dynabrade 64672).
- This Dynabrade downdraft table is equipped with two storage compartments for the safe storage of tools & accessories.
- It has four 5-inch (127 mm) diameter casters for easy manoeuvrability to the desired location.
- Two dust-tight electric outlets on this unit are used to power different tools.
- It has a 1 hp (746W) electric motor to offer a maximum airflow of 3000 cfm.

Q. How to install casters in this Dynabrade 64207 downdraft sanding table?
A.
- Strap / brace the table to ensure safety while mounting casters in place.
- Install 4 serrated flange cap screws & 4 locknuts at the bottom of the cabinet assembly for each caster. Locknuts should be installed internally.
- Use 2 fixed casters at one end of the table & 2 locking swivel casters at the opposite end of the table.
- After the casters are mounted in place, lower the table on the ground. The downdraft table is now ready for operation.
- Once the table has reached the desired location, lock both the swivel casters for preventing the table from shifting during operation
