What is the function of a flange?

CPVC pressure-rated flanges provide a strong, leak-free connection between two sections of CPVC pipes or other fixtures. These flanges have a flat surface with holes around the perimeter that can be bolted together using nuts or bolts.

CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) is a non-toxic thermoplastic material used for transporting potable water, sewage and corrosive liquids. It can resist heat, corrosion and chemical attacks.
