Conrader BLG 135-150 piloted unloader valve combines both a pilot valve & an unloader valve to continuously operate equipment at constant speeds. It is suitable for use in gas engine air compressors or electric motor-driven air compressors in applications without intake unloaders. This valve has an unloader pilot valve body with a discharge unloader for sensing system pressure and venting air to the atmosphere.
Features:
- Conrader BLG 135-150 piloted unloader valve has a brass body with Viton / silicone O-rings, reinforced PTFE poppet and stainless steel springs.
- It comes with an aluminium hand unloader for manual unloading.
- The maximum setting of this valve refers to the unload pressure (cut-out), whereas the minimum setting denotes the load pressure (cut-in).
- This valve has an adjustable pressure range from 135 to 150 psi.
