Open Flex Wrap-Around Pipe Couplings

Straub pipe couplings are designed for joining two pipes or tubes together in piping systems of vacuum, pressure or suction lines. These units feature a unique low-profile design which wraps around the pipe orifice to create a leak-free seal and an EPDM split gasket to withstand temperatures ranging from -4 to 212 deg F at a maximum pressure of 232 psi. They are also capable of compensating for axial & angular deflections, dampening noise & vibrations and handling pipe misalignments. Working Mechanism
