SS Type Hubs With Rough Stock Bore
Lovejoy SS type jaw coupling hubs are designed for power transmission and accommodating shaft misalignment for gearboxes, electric pumps, motors, blowers and compressors. They transfer shocks and misalignments to the central part of the coupling assembly for wear minimisation on the shaft assembly. These hubs have no metal to metal contact to eliminate the need for maintenance and provide resistance to dirt, sand, oil, moisture and grease. They are made of stainless steel for fail safe operation even upon elastomer failure. Variants are available in bore diameters of 1/4 & 5/8 inches on Raptor Supplies.
