Impeller Pumps

Dayton flexible impeller pumps are designed to transfer fresh water to heavy fluids with high solid content. They have a plastic body with a self-priming design for long operation hours. ODP motors do not require an external cooling agent to prevent overheating, while TEFC motors require an external fan for cooling. They provide positive displacement without metal to metal contact. These pumps feature a nitrile impeller and lip seals for preventing leakage during heavy-duty liquid transfer. The stainless steel shaft rotates the impeller at high speeds and has a maximum lifting capacity of 40 ft. Choose from a wide range of pumps, available in 12VDC and 120VAC voltage ratings.

Dayton flexible impeller pumps are used for transferring viscous, foaming, corrosive & slurry fluids in industrial and agricultural applications. These pumps have a nitrile impeller for resistance against oils & hazardous chemicals, and an open drip proof motor enclosure for cooling motor winding. They offer viscosity up to 5000 SSU while running at a maximum speed of 1725 rpm, and are available in 1/3, 1/2, 3/4, 1 & 1.5 hp variants.

Dayton pumps are used for pumping non-abrasive fluids, ideal for use in commercial, industrial and agricultural applications, such as fluid transfer, spraying, garden supply, filter and water drainage systems. These pumps feature NEMA rated frames for safe enclosure and have a nitrile impeller to provide positive displacement. The stainless steel shaft rotates the impeller in turn.
