TEFC (Totally enclosed fan cooled) enclosure has an external fan attached to it which continuously provides airflow to the motor windings and keeps the motor cool during continuous operation.
What is the purpose of manual thermal protection?
Manual thermal protection turns off the motor when it generates excessive heat during the operation. The protectors need to reset after the motor completely cools down.
