Working Mechanism

  • When the fluid is forced inside the cylinder, pressure builds inside them for extending the cylinder's plunger. This lifts the load to the required height.
  • The speed and degree of control over the force applied are determined by the pump type & valve control.

Features

  • These hydraulic cylinders feature a lightweight and low-profile design for use in confined spaces.
  • They come coated with baked enamel finish to resist corrosion on exposed surfaces.
  • These hydraulic cylinders are equipped with a grooved plunger end with threaded holes to mount tilt saddles.
  • They have a plunger wiper to prevent contamination and durability.
  • These low-profile hydraulic rams further feature a single-acting spring return for lifting / pushing the fluid.
  • They are integrated with plated steel plungers for added toughness.

Standards and Approvals

  • ASME 30.1
