Working Mechanism

  • The fluid in these valves flows directly between port 1 & 2 and port 3 & 4 in one position.
  • The flow then gets directed between ports 1 & 4 and ports 3 to 2 by turning the operator at 90 degrees.
  • Ports 2 & 4 get blocked while ports 1 & 3 get connected during the cross-over transition.

  • They feature steel construction for structural rigidity and Buna-N seals to resist water & oil.
  • These flow control valves comply with the ISO cleanliness code 18/16/13 microns to remove contamination.
  • These Vickers units can be adjusted through a screw and can produce torque into a cavity of 47 - 54 Nm.
  • Selected models have an aluminium housing to resist corrosion and extreme temperatures.

  • Eaton 889632 Spare Part Seal Kit: This seal kit comes equipped with Buna-N seals for replacing worn-out or damaged seals in these valves.
