Dayton mill drills are an alternative to a standard milling machine, combining the design of a drill press with the functionality of a milling machine for greater flexibility and performance. These units have a table that allows movement on two axes and helps position the workpiece and provides dual action, that is removing material, as well as drilling holes. They feature cast iron construction for durability, graduated fine feed handwheel for optimising cutting tool performance, hand scraped ways for dampening vibrations & providing rigidity, work light for illuminating point of operation area and push button control (start / stop) for increased operator safety.
