Dayton cylinder lift trucks are suitable for both manual lifting / lowering and transportation of loads with a maximum load capacity of 300 lb. These units feature compact design that makes them ideal for congested aisels and areas in shops, warehouses, stockroom and other departments, thereby eliminating the use for larger equipment. These manually operated devices have a foot pedal or hand crank that activates the lifting mechanism. All units feature steel frame and are suitable for intermittent applications where loads must be moved & lifted in short distances. Variants are available in 52 and 58 inch overall heights.

Working Mechanism

• The sturdy frame and chassis provide stability and support for the lifting mechanism and load.
• Hydraulic or pneumatic systems raise and lower the cylinders, allowing for vertical movement.
• Specialised attachments secure the cylinders during transportation and lifting, preventing rolling or falling.
• Operators use steering, accelerator and brake controls, along with specific lifting mechanism controls, to manoeuvre and operate the truck.
