QOU Series Circuit Breakers, 120 / 240 VAC
Square D QOU Series miniature circuit breakers are designed for installation in commercial and industrial electrical devices for protection against overcurrent and short-circuit conditions. These circuit breakers are integrated with unit-mount (lug / lug) connections for quick installation or operation in any position and a dual-pole design, with a common trip unit, which simultaneously opens both the poles. hey further come with an over-centre toggle mechanism with quick-make quick-break action allowing the handle to stabilise between ON and OFF positions, when the circuit is tripped. Some models also accommodate shunt trips for manually tripping the breaker using a remote control source (push button or pilot device). They have slotted box-type lugs which are UL listed and CSA certified to accept solid / stranded aluminium & copper conductors. These circuit breakers come in a case made of glass-reinforced insulating material to offer high dielectric strength. The Visi-Trip indicator offers a visual indication of the tripped status.
