Dayton transformer cooling fans create airflow around electrical transformers to reduce their operating temperature by dissipating heat generated during the operation in power stations and industrial spaces. They have aluminium blades with steel guards for protecting the blades from damages in harsh weather conditions. Transformer cooling fans are heavy-duty, weatherproof fans suitable for accelerating the cooling process in oil-cooled electrical transformers. Dayton cooling fans allow transformers to deliver greater powers while maintaining required temperature and safety. They circulate air around the exterior of the transformer's radiator as oil works to dissipate heat and decrease the operating temperature of the transformer.
