Shaft Alignment System
Accushim shaft alignment systems enhance the operating life span of rotating machinery. They compute alignment corrections upto 0.0001 of an inch and decrease vibrations and energy utilization. These systems employ a user-friendly alingment computer and stainless steel alignment hardware for precise and quick shaft alingment. They also feature completely jeweled, stabilised face dial indicators and firm hardware to decrease sag errors over wide couplings.

ARods
Accushim SHRF Series rods allow the operator to lower or raise the rod height (above the shaft or coupling) for precise shaft alignment. The height of the short tapped rods can be decreased from 8.5 to 5 inches and are suitable for confined spaces where side-to-side rotation is limited. For increasing the height, tall tapped rods are utilised and can be extended from 8.5 to 12 inches, making them ideal for direct mounting on the shaft & to easily rise above hubs / couplings with larger diameters. Choose from a wide range of these rods, available in 5 and 12 inch heights.
