Allegro replacement outer lenses are used with abrasive blasting helmets or supplied air systems and for all welding processes including TIG pulsing applications. The Nova 2000 Series, outer lenses feature co-polyester construction for chemical-resistance and come in a pack of 50 units. The replacement, variable shade lens kits feature polycarbonate construction to provide high-optical clarity and are capable of detecting magnetic waves & light that occur during welding. They are also configured with both magnetic & optical arc detection systems, ensuring the non-opening of the filters, even when the sensors are blocked. Further, these kits come with opto-magnetic sensors for surgical monitoring and are adjustable up to 6 feet range. Additionally, they are available in solar powered dual sensors with auto-darkening welding filters and mounting frames.

Adaptors and reducers are designed to work with enclosure entry threads on cable glands or conduits, in case of different thread designs. These adapter reducers are capable of standing up to any pneumatic working conditions and feature an adaptable and collapsible design for easy storage.

Allegro Nova 3 blasting helmets provide streamline security and efficiency to minimize worker downtime. These Nova 3 helmets are planned and designed to circulate the protective helmet's weight equally across the head and shoulders for ideal solace and ease of worker movement, reducing fatigue. They have a ratchet-adjusted neck pad which ensures head support and a special “FIT AND SAVE” system of pre-folded tabs, with which workers can quickly tear off just one layered lens at a time.

Allegro O-rings are mechanical gasket with a round cross-section to block paths between two closely mated surfaces for preventing the liquid or gas from escaping. These O rings are placed into grooves to secure them in place and then compressed between two surfaces to create a tight seal.

Allegro replacement filters replace used filtration units or cartridges on supplied-air, respirator filtration panels and work with the panel components to provide safe breathable air to the users in the compromised air quality or low oxygen level environments. The filters include first, second and third stage of filtration to purify compressed air by eliminating oil, water, vapours, gases & other particulate contaminants. Choose from a wide range of these supplied air accessories, available in inlet and outlet filter types for purification of the air.

Allegro breathing tubes are suitable replacements for full mask air respirators used for working in locations prone to hazardous gases & airborne contaminants. Selected models feature one piece design for minimising installation time. Breathing tube assemblies are also available.

Allegro filter elements fit air pumps and other devices that suck in air to filter out airborne particulate matter, oil, vapours, hydrocarbons & most odours, in commercial and industrial applications. Selected models feature free-standing or wall-mounted particulate assemblies with an adjustable high-pressure regulator & gauge to extend the life of the panel’s disposable filters by removing liquids and contaminates.

Allegro pressure gauges are ideal broken gauge replacements for breathing air pumps. They feature a threaded stem for quick installation and reducing the maintenance downtime. Selected models further come with an easy-read dial comprising numeric readings for user convenience.

Allegro pressure relief valves protect A300 & A750 pumps and breathing air pumps from exceeding pressure / stress limits. These valves open at a preset pressure when the force of the steam pressure acting on the valve exceeds the force of the weight acting through the lever arm and discharge fluids until the pressure drops to acceptable levels.

Allegro respirator capes are designed for use with the brand's NV20-00 & NV30-00 Series helmets. They are made of nylon / leather to ensure high tensile & compressive strength, and excellent abrasion & wear resistance. Variants are available in sizes of 28 and 38 inches.

Allegro exhaust filters are used with ambient air pumps for removing impurities via a ventilator. These HEPA filters are designed for removal of particles having sizes as low as 0.3 microns. They provide replacement facilities after every 200 hours of pump operation or more, in areas with high density of airborne particulates.

Allegro high pressure, supplied air shields are used to check and adjust the CO Monitor on Allegro's Carry-Air, Wall-Air or Oil-Less Compressor. These units include a span gas and a zero gas cylinder (17 litres each) and a constant flow regulator w/ tubing and gauge inside a plastic case.
