Room Air Conditioner Motors, 1/2 Inch Shaft Diameter
Dayton room air conditioner motors are ideal for use with fans or blowers that gradually picks up speed after initial torque. These motors feature permanent split capacitor design that ensures smooth acceleration. They use a run capacitor to provide initial start to the motor. They are also equipped with sleeve bearings, facilitating smooth operation and reducing vibrations and noise. These units are compliant with CSA and UL standards and are available in motor power outputs ranging from 1/20 to 1/2 hp.
