Sheet and Panel Trucks
Dayton sheet and panel trucks are designed to store, organise and move long & thin panels or sheets such as drywall, plywood, glass panels & partitions. These trucks feature a flush platform that allows items to slide onto and off the cart for efficient loading and unloading. They have vertical uprights oriented at 90 degrees to the deck and span the length of the unit to support items on the deck. The uprights are adjustable and can be removed to accommodate items of varying sizes. These panel trucks have phenolic / polyurethane casters and can handle loads ranging between 1500 & 3200 lb.

Panel trucks are designed to aid in transit of plywood, sheet metal, glass, solar panels, drywall and any other large flat material. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of these panel trucks from brands like Dayton, Durham Manufacturing, Fairbanks, Grainger, Jamco, Little Giant, Raymond Products and Rubbermaid. Also known as drywall carts, these trucks have a vertical or sloped frame which supports these items during transport. For storing and transporting pipes, conduits and bar materials, Vestil panel trucks are best suited because of their storage arms capable of extending up to 12 inches beyond the frame with a clearance of 7-1/4 inches. These adjustable panel trucks are equipped with two rigid & two swivel 5-inch poly-on-steel casters that include brakes. Little Giant panel trucks have double-sided A- frame configuration which performs as a versatile workhorse for a variety of load requirements. These panel trucks have all-welded construction with 6 inch phenolic wheels for easy manoeuvrability and 2 pairs (4 total) of 1-1/4 inch (OD) tubular hooks facilitating 3-1/2 inch increments.
