Motor Starter Enclosures
Enclosures are designed to protect the motor starters from harsh conditions, vandalism and accidental damages. Raptor Supplies offers a wide array of Dayton, Schneider Electric, Square D and General Electric enclosures compatible for use with IEC, NEMA and definite-purpose motors. Schneider Electric motor starter enclosures are used to control, isolate and protect electrical devices against faulty current flows and overloads. These polycarbonate units allow manual ON / OFF operations from the outside and also facilitate padlocking in the OFF position. General Electric heavy-duty enclosures have a painted steel body with ANSI61 gray powder coating for durability, tensile strength and corroison resistance. These units allow the components to be mounted on the back pans for preventing damage caused by moisture and heat. They are available in NEMA ratings 1, 3R, 3R / 12 and 4 / 4X providing full indoor protection.
