Electric valve actuators are electro-mechanical devices used to remotely control quarter turn valves such as ball & butterfly valves. Electric valve actuators from Johnson Controls feature a direct coupled design which doesn't require extra crank arm or linkage. They come with an electric stall detection mechanism which protects from overload conditions at all angles of rotation and graphite-reinforced PTFE seats for wear resistance. These actuators feature forged brass construction, static pressure rating of 580 psig and closeoff pressure rating of 200 psi for tight shutoff. Siemens electric valve actuators are ideal for flow control of hot & cold water in HVAC applications and have a minimum close-off rating of 200 psi. Each valve in these actuators comes with multiple Cv values to achieve precise control & equal percentage characteristics that result in linear heat transfer to maximise temperature control.
