Morse 400 Series Hydra-Lift Drum Karriers are used for controlling the drum movements while lifting, moving or pouring the inner contents, with minimal effort. They are capable of pouring 55-gallon (210 liter) drums weighing up to 800 lb and also provide a 360-degree tilt control facility in either direction. These units feature a MORCINCH drum handling system that automatically cinches 23.5 inch drums to a 22 inch (outer diameter) model, and a step-down floor lock to retain the drum position while dispensing. Selected models are further integrated with spark-resistant parts to reduce the chances of mechanical sparks as a possible source of ignition. Morse pilot power-propelled drum handlers, including lifters and pourers, are designed for moving and transferring items up to 10.5 feet high in liquid storage applications. They feature fully ergonomic controls to invert the drums safely and weigh during the pouring process to dispense the precise quantity. They further come with an in-built control panel comprising lift & lower buttons with on / off switch, tilt & lift control lever, internal 24 volt battery plugs with disconnect facility, a horn, walkie travel speed, twist-grip speed control and a belly-button reversing switch. The raise or lower control handles are used to actuate the walkie brake and feather for accurate payload positioning.
