Dayton commercial kitchen hoods are designed to operate above grease-producing appliances such as fryers and griddles, to ensure proper ventilation. These kitchen hoods satisfy fire code requirements and remove grease-laden vapours. They feature 3 inch airspace for clearance to limited combustible materials. These units are equipped with incandescent light fixtures and are ideal for a maximum temperature of 600 degrees Fahrenheit. They include hanger brackets and exhaust collars to ensure easy installation. We also offer air supply plenums featuring perforated panels to evenly distribute airflow. Choose from a wide range of these commercial kitchen hoods, available in lengths ranging from 48 to 144 inches.
