The general-duty Dotco precision pencil grinders are designed for metal removal and deburring applications. These rear-exhaust grinders comprise a 0.1 hp motor capable of delivering speeds up to 80000 rpm for a high material removal rate, a twist throttle to vary and control the speed, and a 1/4 inch NPT inlet port for air supply (90 psi). They also feature an aluminium / composite housing to withstand the harshest industrial abuse and shielded bearings for preventing the loss of lubricants. These Dotco grinders are supplied with an applicable collet, collet wrenches, a collet guard, a 5 ft air supply hose and a 1 ft overhose. Variants without collet guard are also available on Raptor Supplies.
