They feature brass body construction, a bronze seat & disc, a stainless-steel spring and an FNPT / MNPT inlet. These Aquatrol valves can withstand a maximum pressure of 200 psi and operate at temperatures ranging from 0 to 406 degrees F. The brand's 69 Series adjustable relief valves control or limit the system pressure to protect pumps, tanks, hydraulic equipment and pipelines.   • Remove the hood using a proper-sized wrench.
  • Loosen the lock nut.
  • Adjust the pressure screw. Tighten / loosen the screw by turning it clockwise / anti-clockwise.
  • After the desired pressure is obtained, tighten the lock nut and re-install the hood.
